Obituary

Deborah A. Dunnington affectionately known as "Debbie" or "Debbie-D" was born on August 29,1972 in Austin, Texas to the late Joseph and Dorothy Dunnington. Deborah went home to be with our Almighty God on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at the age of 51.

Deborah attended the public school in Caroline County and was a member of the North Caroline High School class of 1990. Deborah worked various places to include Black and Decker, Severn Company, and C-Street Restaurant in St-Michaels. Deborah was the mother of two beautiful children: Felica and Ronald Jr.

As a little girl Deborah attended Catholic Houses of worship with her parents and older brother David. After the family settled in Ridgely MD Debbie attended St. Benedicts Catholic Church and raised her own children to attend and cultivated a personal relationship with Christ. She was a lifetime member of St. Benedicts

Deborah loved her family dearly and that love made a huge impact on each person in her life. Her laugh was contagious, and you could not help but to join.  She always attended all of the children and grandchildren's events, important life moments and birthday parties. She enjoyed taking road trips with family and friends, capturing every moment with a big smile we all loved. Her hobbies included playing cards with friends, shopping, long country road rides, swimming, and, going out to eat with family and friends. She loved her football, and the Dallas Cowboys was her favorite team "Go Cowboys." She loved to watch movies, and her favorite was "Grease" and she knew all the words. The bond she had with her grandchildren was one of kind and she made sure they knew they were loved as individuals, and they all had a piece of her heart.

Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Dorothy Dunnington; her grandparents, Baby Ace, and close friend, Bronson Seymore.
