Obituary

Eddie Turell Miller, III, 34 formerly of Salisbury, departed this life Wednesday, July 31, 2024, in Baltimore. He was born in Salisbury, MD on February 27, 1990, the son of Karen White-Miller and Eddie Turell Miller, Jr.

Eddie received his education in the Wicomico County public school system. He graduated in 2010 from Wicomico Senior High School.

He was a true family man. His greatest joy was spending quality time with his loved ones. Eddie was famous for his infectious smile. To know him, was to love him. He was known locally and loved by family and friends. He could be found daily at either his gym training or a basketball court. Eddie had a love for all sports especially football and basketball. He was a #1 fan of Patrick Mahomes. Eddie was also the biggest fan of Lebron James and Kevin Durant. Eddie did not like for you to talk about those ball players. He had a special gift of remembering every player's stats, when they were drafted and from which college. He was almost always found sporting his newest sneakers, wearing a jersey with his "fresh clean BALDHEAD haircut and fresh clean beard." Eddie loved keeping his appearance sharper than a tack. He would keep his appointment at the barbershop for this "clean cut" look.

Eddie's second passion was his love for food. He loved his sister's, Tyanda's fried chicken and pasta salad. He requested this often. He loved his music, the louder, the better. He played it so loud until he made people around him mad. Most importantly, Eddie knew the Lord as his Savior. He would frequently attend New Dimension Church in Salisbury, and also City Church Fruitland on special Holidays before leaving the Eastern Shore in late January 2024. Eddie had a heart of giving whether it was flowers, food, balloons, or his beautiful smile. In the end, he gave the ultimate gift by being an organ donor. He was so loved and will be missed by so many. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sisters: Tyanda White of Princess Anne and Cali Elliott of Salisbury; 3 brothers: Victor M White and Conner Elliott both of Salisbury, and Terry T. Miller of Baltimore, a nephew, Jamal Armstrong of Princess Anne, a niece, Ki'Mora White of Salisbury, 7 uncles: Eric and Edwin Miller, Sherwood White (Bernetta), Elder Louis White (Annabelle), Jerry White, Kenneth Wessels all of Salisbury, Larry White of Princess Anne, and Alphonso Whie of Lawrenceville, Georgia; 5 aunts: Edwina Miller, Edlizene Miller, Annette White and Nancy Turner (Joseph) both of Salisbury, and Janice Watson of Baltimore, a great aunt, Blanche Jones of Willards, a devoted caregiver, his Foster Care Mother, Holly Elliott (Jason) of Salisbury, and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends

Eddie was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Rev Burdell White and Loretta Jones White; paternal grandparents, Eddie and Elizabeth Miller; 11 aunts and uncles: Alveda Woolford, Wardell White, Pearl Davis, Idella White, Delmas White, Annie White, Richard Dennis, Wilton Woolford Jones, Geraldine Deshields, Edgar White, Sr., and Gloria Wessels.

Eddie will be missed by all who admired him.
