Ja'Layah Aslani Dugazon was born October 3, 2022, in Seaford, Delaware. She was the daughter of Jonathan Dugazon and LaTonya Drayna Taylor. Ja'Layah passed peacefully in her sleep on February 3, 2023.

Ja'Layah loved to hug and cuddle with her mommy and daddy. She had a smile that brightened a room and made your heart smile. She enjoyed playing with everyone.

Ja'Layah also loved listening to her father's music. She especially loved bath time. That was the perfect time for her to splash water everywhere.  Ja'Layah was a gift to us that will live in our hearts forever.

Besides her parents, she leaves to cherish fond memories with her maternal grandmother, Sheila Frisby of Suffolk, Virginia and her maternal grandfather, Lafenus Taylor of Federalsburg, MD; paternal grandmother, Yvline Eugene of Haiti, and her paternal grandfather, Joseph Dugazon of Florida; an uncle and aunt: Germaine and Cassandra Dugazon of Florida.
