Karen Louise Brown-Christopher, 61, of Salisbury departed this life on Friday, November 4, 2022, at Tidal Health Care in Salisbury, MD. Born in Sharptown, Maryland on July 19, 1961, she was the daughter of the late Emerson Brown and Mary Jane Horsey Brown.

Karen received her education in the Wicomico County public school system. She was a manager at the former KB Toy Stores that was located at the Centre of Salisbury. She had various jobs as a housekeeper in Ocean City, MD. Karen loved to cook and loved to feed anyone. During the holidays she enjoyed cooking for her children and their families.  But most of all, she loved her grandbabies. She always wanted to know what they were doing. She was married in holy matrimony to Roger Christopher. In her spare time, she would enjoy going to church, listening to music, and looking at cartoons. She was very vocal and meant what she said.

Precious memories will be cherished by her husband, Roger Christopher; three children: Montire Brown, Calvin Davis Jr. and his significant other, Pashall Hardy and Tierra Davis all of Salisbury; 5 grandchildren: Tyaire Brown, Triniti Davis, Varon Hargis, Temia Davis and Arnez Bryant; 2 great-grandchildren; a god daughter, LaDawn Chandler; one brother, Perry Brown; one sister, Lynn Brown; and best friend/sister, Cece. She also leaves memories with her aunts, uncles and a host of relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her grandparents, William S. and Eunice Ford Horsey, great grandparents, Brooks R. and Addie Winder Ford, and a granddaughter, Addie L. Davis.
