IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Morris Carroll
Wilson
November 18, 1943 – February 22, 2025
Morris C Wilson, 81 of Salisbury, formerly of Oxford, MD, entered Eternal Rest, Saturday, February 22, 2025, in Denton. He was born in Easton, November 18, 1943, to the late James Wilson and Helen Butler.
Morris was educated in the Talbot County Public School system. During his lifetime, he worked various jobs and retired after 30 years of service at the Mountaire Poultry Plant in Selbyville, Delaware. While employed with Mountaire, he was voted Employee of the Month. This moment made Morris very proud.
Morris always kept a clean ride. He loved the sound of dual pipes, which was the icing on the cake for him. His favorite pastime was watching Westerns and car racing. You could find him with a cold soda on standby and talking "smack" to anyone who would listen.
In addition to his parents, Morris was preceded in death by 3 brothers: James Edward III, Leon Wilson (Sylvia), and Avon Emory Wilson; 2 sisters: Leah Gertrude Thomas and Catherine Sara Blanche Wilson Frazier; 2 nephews: Efrem Vincent Wilson and Stanley Stanford; 2 nieces: Sherann Marie Wilson and Marcia Elaine "Missy" Murray; 4 aunts: Gladys Jenkins, Helen Chase, Genieve Pritchett, and Sara Kellum; and one uncle, Lester Wilson.
Morris leaves to cherish fond memories with his devoted son and daughter: Tyrone (Rosalind) and Lesa Wilson (Robert); 4 grandsons: Tyrone Camper (who he raised as a son), Tyron and Tyrone Wilson, and Craig Williams, II; one granddaughter, Ryesha Savoy; 3 great grandchildren: Carson Wilson, Kameren Wilson, Canbraye Lyons, and Kai Williams; 2 brothers: Aker Wilson (Joan) and Talbot Wilson (Theresa); one sister, Martha Stanford, an uncle, Walter Chase, Sr.; one aunt, Rebecca Wilson, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
