A celebration of life for Sandra Eure Malone, 76, of Hebron, MD has been set for Saturday, August 26 at 11 am at Gateway Church of Christ, 25845 Ocean Gateway, Mardela Springs, MD 21837.

She passed unexpectedly Sunday, August 20 at Tidal Health Hospital, Salisbury MD.  Sandy was born on November 8, 1946, in North Carolina.  She was the loving wife of Robert E. Malone of Hebron, MD, for 58 years.  She was the daughter of the late Parrish and Thelma Eure.

Besides her husband, her survivors include her two sons and daughter in laws, Robert (Rob) S. Malone (Michelle) and Richard (Rick) C. Malone (Lauren) all of Hebron, MD.  Two special grandchildren Christian (Chris) J. Malone (Skylar) of Towson, MD, and Kaitlynn (Katie) M. Taylor (Caleb) of Delmar, MD.  Three brothers Daniel, Franklin, and Steve Eure, as well as sister In laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Sandy was an active member of Gateway Church of Christ, visiting member shut-ins and cooking her delicious meals for activities throughout the church.  She was known for her cooking talents and enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, canning, and sewing.  Winning 1st place blue ribbons for canning at the Wicomico County Fair last week.  Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family, especially at Christmas.  She was employed by Salisbury University for many years and loved the multiple positions she held there.

Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the services at Gateway Church.  The family will have a private interment at a later date.
