With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce the passing of Timothy Bryant Farrare, who departed this life on May 17, 2026, in Baltimore, Maryland, at the age of 37.
Born on January 7, 1989, in Baltimore, Timmy was the beloved son of Cheretta Stansbury (Farrare) and Marcus Stansbury Jr. Timothy was a devoted father, son, brother, partner, uncle, cousin, and friend whose presence brought strength, laughter, and love to everyone around him.
Timmy attended Harford County Public Schools and proudly served his country as a Combat Veteran and 11B Infantryman in the United States Army Infantry. Following his military service, he dedicated his professional life to helping others through his work as an Addiction Counselor with Evolve and Project Chesapeake. His passion for service and uplifting others reflected the compassion, resilience, and generosity that defined his character.
A faithful man of God, Timothy was a devoted member of Lighthouse Ministry, under the leadership of Pastor Mary Henry. His faith guided his life, strengthened his relationships, and fueled his commitment to serving others.
Timmy found joy in spending time with his children, family, and friends. He loved cooking, watching sports, writing, collecting sneakers, going to the gym, and most importantly, being present for the people he loved. A devoted fan of the Baltimore Ravens, Timmy enjoyed cheering on his hometown team and sharing that excitement with family and friends. His ability to encourage others, provide support, and bring people together left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
He leaves to cherish his memory with his beloved children: Jaden (Chelsea), Amoni (Jasmine), Timothy (Shauntae), and Trinity (Maria); his loving parents, Cheretta Stansbury and Marcus Stansbury Jr.; and his devoted partner, Shauntae.
He is also survived by his sisters: Stephanie, Tywana, and Britney; his brothers: DeAunte and Marcus III (Alexis); and his cherished grandparents: LaCurtis Farrare and Minister Barbara Burke.
He leaves behind a loving extended family, including his aunts: Cassie, Sharon, Angela, and Kim; uncles: Barry and Noel Sr.; cousins: Sheila, Noel Jr., Sierra, Mikailla, Mariah, and LB; nieces: Elise (Rafael), Elana, and Naomi; and nephews: Elan, Josiah, and Marcus IIII.
Timothy will also be deeply missed by his special friends: Chubba and Damian, along with countless relatives, friends, colleagues, and community members whose lives he touched through his kindness, wisdom, and unwavering support.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made through the family’s GoFundMe campaign to assist with funeral expenses and provide continued support for his children. The family deeply appreciates all love, prayers, contributions, and acts of kindness during this difficult time.
