William (Bud) Skiles, Jr. beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend passed away suddenly from this life on December 25, 2023. He was born February 13, 1986, to William Skiles. Sr. and Debra Anne Devine-Holtze.

William was raised in New Castle County Delaware but spent his adult life in Lewes, DE. He attended school in the Christina School District. He loved Taekwondo and worked up to a red-black belt. After school, he began working with his brother at Foreman Industries. He had an avid love for the Pittsburg Steelers, but his dog, Degan, was his pride and joy. Fishing and crabbing were some of his favorite pass times.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Devine; his grandmother, Ruth Skiles; his uncle, David Skiles; and sister, Stephanie Rew.

In addition to his parents, William leaves to cherish fond memories his grandmother, Zelva Devine; a brother, Michael Devine; 2 sisters: Jessica Holtze and Coleen Skiles; 3 uncles: Ronald Skiles, Harry Skiles, and Jerry Henry; 2 aunts: Donna Quirk and Kathleen Devine-Henry; 2 nieces: Jasmine Devine and Ayden Rew as well as a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
