Charles Vernon Moore, Jr

Charles Vernon Moore, Jr, 50, was born on July 22, 1972, to the late Charles V. Moore, Sr and Earljeane Moore.  He departed this life on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, in Easton, Maryland.

Charlie as he was affectionately known, received his education in the Talbot County Public School System.  After graduation, Charlie attended Lincoln Tech in Columbia, MD where he became skilled in Automotive Mechanics.   Later in life he took his passion for automobiles and became a truck driver. He drove over 10 years with various companies to include Swift, CRST, and Marten.

Charlie enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, listening to music, and eating seafood. He also enjoyed cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers and playing pool.  Charlie will always be remembered for his infectious smile, gentle personality, and warm spirit.

Charlie leaves to cherish his memory: one son Elijah K. Moore of Albuquerque, NM; two daughters: RahneeLeiigh V. Moore and Charlesha J. Moore of Carlisle, PA; one brother, Clifton Fields of Unionville, MD; one sister, Kelley Chambers (Reginald) of Cedar Hill, TX; and 3 nephews: Richard Fields, Jr. of Millsboro, DE, Brayden Chambers, and Maverick Chambers of Cedar Hill, TX; and one great-niece, Hosanna Janet-Faith Fields of Crumpton, MD.   He also leaves behind his best friend Robert Joshua, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Charlie was preceded in death by his brother Richard C. Fields, Sr. Charlie was a lovable person and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
